FAQs

  • It is a multidimensional, living framework for healing and becoming. It draws from somatic therapy, psycho-spiritual mentorship, ancestral wisdom, and devotional practices to support transformation that is deeply embodied and personally meaningful.

  • Psychotherapeutic Mentorship is a relational, experiential approach to healing in which the practitioner serves as a guide, teacher, and mirror — not as the source of healing, but as a facilitator of it. Rather than creating dependency, this mentorship model empowers each client to become their own inner healer by learning the tools, frameworks, and embodied practices that allow for true transformation. It is rooted in mutual respect, nervous system attunement, and psycho-spiritual integrity.

  • While it integrates psychological depth and practical guidance, this work goes beyond traditional models. It is relational, attuned, and anchored in both the nervous system and the soul. It’s not about fixing — it’s about remembering.

  • No prior experience is required — just a willingness to show up honestly and be in relationship with yourself. Everything we do is paced with care and oriented toward your readiness.

  • Yes. This work is grounded in trauma-sensitive principles and shaped by clinical and somatic training. Safety, consent, and titration are core.

  • Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to healing that works with the nervous system, physical sensations, and developing awareness of the felt sense to process and release stored stress, trauma, and emotion. It recognizes that healing isn’t just a mental process—our bodies hold memories, patterns, and protective responses that shape how we move through the world. This therapeutic practice is rooted in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and the understanding that trauma is not just something we think about—it’s something we feel and experience on a physiological level.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, which focuses primarily on thoughts and narratives, somatic therapy brings awareness to the body’s intelligence. Somatic therapy can help restore a sense of safety, regulation, and connection.

Somatic therapy supports deep nervous system healing, making it a powerful path for those navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional dysregulation. More than just a method, it’s a way of learning to listen to and trust the body—because within that wisdom lies the possibility of true transformation.

  • Carl Jung, the prolific psychiatrist and psychotherapist, was quoted as saying, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life, and you will call it fate.” It has been determined that 95% - 97% of our behaviors are driven by our subconscious mind. Somatic therapy connects us to our bodies, helps us to develop what’s called the felt sense, or the ability to notice the body’s sensations and use those sensations to make connections to our life’s experiences.

Somatic Therapy can help us leverage the body’s wisdom as a bridge between our subconscious mind and our conscious mind, thus connecting us with the unearthed parts of ourselves, and providing a path to healing, connection, and growth.

  • Somatic therapy is for anyone who wants to deepen their connection to their body, regulate their nervous system, and heal patterns stored on a physical and emotional level. It’s especially supportive for those who:

    • Experience chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout

    • Feel stuck in repeating emotional patterns or cycles

    • Struggle with trauma (whether acute, developmental, or relational)

    • Have difficulty regulating emotions or feel disconnected from their body

    • Experience physical symptoms linked to stress, such as tension, fatigue, or chronic pain

    • Want to cultivate a greater sense of ease, presence, and embodiment in daily life

This approach is beneficial for those who have tried traditional talk therapy but feel like something deeper is needed—something that engages the body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal. Whether you’re looking to release stored trauma, develop resilience, or simply reconnect with yourself, somatic therapy offers a path toward healing that honors both the mind and body.

  • Psychotherapeutic mentorship is a relational, body-based approach to personal transformation that weaves together somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and deep inner work. Unlike traditional therapy, which often focuses on diagnosis and treatment, this work is process-oriented—it’s about cultivating awareness, unwinding old patterns, and stepping into a more embodied, authentic way of being.

This work is called mentorship as it is intended for those who want to be true students of personal healing and growth methodologies and approaches.

This kind of mentorship is for those who aren’t just looking to heal, but to learn, and to grow. It’s for those who feel stuck in cycles they can’t quite break, who sense there’s something deeper calling them forward, and who want to understand themselves—not just mentally, but somatically and emotionally.

  • Through a combination of somatic awareness, trauma-informed practices, and intuitive guidance, somatic therapy and psychotherapeutic mentorship can help you:

    • Regulate your nervous system and build resilience

    • Process unresolved emotions and patterns stored in the body

    • Deepen self-trust and reconnect with your inner wisdom

    • Navigate transitions and transformations with more clarity and ease

    • Cultivate a sense of alignment in your relationships, work, and daily life

    • Find clarity in purpose

At its core, this work is about learning to listen—to your body, to your emotions, and to the deeper truths that have been waiting to be heard. It’s about finding safety in yourself, moving beyond old survival strategies, and stepping into life in a way that feels fully alive.

  • This work doesn’t just help clients “feel better” temporarily — it guides them in rewiring how they relate to their body, emotions, and nervous system, so they can break deeply embedded patterns and live with more ease, clarity, and self-trust. Unlike traditional therapy or coaching, it’s not just about talking through emotions, it’s about learning to embody safety, resilience, and authenticity at a nervous system level. This is about true transformation—so you’re not just managing stress, anxiety, or even trauma, but fundamentally shifting how you experience yourself and the world.

  • Each session is unique. You may be guided through somatic practices, parts dialogue, ancestral repair, intuitive channeling, or nervous system regulation. You’ll be met exactly where you are, and gently supported into what wants to emerge.

  • If you’re ready to make a change, internally, externally. If you are hearing the call to grow, to discover, to become. If you feel a subtle yes — even if there’s also fear — that’s enough. Readiness isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about a willingness to listen within.

  • Generally, the depth of this work unfolds best in ongoing containers. However, one-off sessions may be available for integration, support, or clarity. These are offered on a case-by-case basis.

  • There’s no pressure to go deep right away. Every step is paced with attunement and care. Offerings like Anchored Awareness provide a gentle and accessible way to begin connecting with yourself.

  • That’s okay. It’s natural to feel both drawn and hesitant. If you're curious, I invite you to reach out. We can explore together what feels aligned — without pressure.
