What is Whole Self Integration™

Holistic therapy for embodied healing, inner resonance, and liberated spirit.

Whole-Self Integration™ is a multidimensional holistic therapy framework for healing and personal development. It brings together somatic therapy, psychotherapeutic support, psycho-spiritual guidance, and an array of energetic and ancestral modalities, all in service of helping you reclaim and reintegrate every aspect of your being.

Unlike approaches that treat healing as linear or compartmentalized, Whole-Self Integration™ is a layered and relational process; a living, evolving practice of trauma healing, nervous system repair, and soul-level integration.

At its core, it is an ongoing remembering of your wholeness.

Modalities Incorporated into
Whole-Self Integration™

  • Somatic therapy brings the body into the healing conversation.
By listening to sensations, movements, and impulses, we access the deep intelligence of the soma — where so much of our history, emotion, and insight resides.

This practice may involve somatic tracking, gentle movement, breath, guided visualization, or nervous system attunement. This practices teaches us to hear through sensation and what’s stored in the soma, and use it as a teacher and guide to our healing and expansion. It invites not just understanding, but felt experience, and helps cultivate an internal landscape of safety, spaciousness, and connection.

  • The nervous system is at the foundation of how we experience life — from presence and peace, to overwhelm or shutdown. Whole-Self Integration™ includes education and tools to understand and navigate your unique nervous system patterns, recognize signs of dysregulation, and develop practices that support balance, resilience, and expansion.

This is not about “fixing” the system, but learning its language — so you can move from survival to sovereignty, from react to respond.

  • Trauma therapy, in this context, is not limited to clinical diagnosis — it honors the wide spectrum of overwhelming or unresolved experiences that shape our nervous system, beliefs, and behaviors. This work explores how trauma lives in the body and subconscious, and offers gentle, titrated pathways toward safety, regulation, and re-patterning.

Rather than retelling or reactivating, the emphasis is on resourcing, reconnection, and restoring a sense of inner coherence.

  • IFS is a powerful framework for understanding and healing the inner world of “parts” — younger selves, protective strategies, and inner critics, each with their own perspective and story. Through a compassionate, non-pathologizing lens, we build relationships with these parts, creating space for healing and re-integration.

IFS work honors the idea that you are not broken — you are many, and every part belongs.

  • Beyond the psychological, there are archetypal forces that move through us — the Lover, the Protector, the Warrior, the Mother, the Father, the Seer, the Griever, the Mystic; it might even step into connecting with archetypal deities to support our processes. Archetypal parts work invites these aspects to speak, move, and express, allowing deep self-remembering and mythic reclamation.

This practice blends depth psychology, storytelling, somatic ritual, and symbolic integration. It is both deeply personal and profoundly universal.

  • We carry more than our own stories.
Patterns, protections, and pain can be passed through lineages — unspoken but deeply felt.

This work invites acknowledgment, honoring, and release. Through ancestral dialogue, somatic ritual, and energetic attunement, we create space to feel what has been carried… and choose what is yours to continue holding.

As we heal our own systems, we create ripple effects — backward and forward — across the family field.

  • Nonviolent Communication is both a philosophy and a practice that cultivates honesty, empathy, and relational clarity. It teaches us to speak from the heart — to name needs without blame, and to hear others with presence.

In session, NVC may support boundary-setting, inner dialogue with parts, or relational healing — always grounded in the question: What is alive in you? And what is needed for deeper connection?

  • Sometimes what needs to be heard doesn’t come from logic or memory, but from intuition — from soul. Intuitive channeling is the practice of listening beyond words, receiving messages from your higher self, spiritual allies, or unseen guidance that wishes to support your path.

These insights often bring surprising clarity, gentle affirmation, or soul-level direction — especially when the mind feels stuck or unsure.

  • The Akashic field is said to hold the energetic record of your soul’s journey — across time, space, lifetimes, and lineages. Akashic therapy invites you into direct dialogue with this field of knowing, offering insight into patterns, contracts, and lessons that may be influencing your current experience.

This is not fortune-telling. It is a sacred form of inquiry — grounded in integrity, and held with reverence — to support your present-time healing and remembering.

The Weaving

Each of these modalities are not used in isolation.
They are threads — braided through presence, intention, and relationship.
Each session is an invitation into deeper truth, deeper embodiment, and deeper remembering.

There is no one-size-fits-all formula. There is you, in this moment — and the wisdom of your whole self, ready to be met.

Meeting of the Selves

Most therapies isolate our mind, our emotions, our body, our spirit, and our energetic field, keeping them separate. Whole-Self Integration™ honors and brings together all aspects of the Self into one holistic practice.

Each unique area of the Self is not meant to be treated in isolation. These areas are designed to be woven together. Through this integrative lens, healing becomes less about control, and more about remembering what is our most true, whole, innate state of being.

Every part of you belongs here.
