Meet Evacheska

Evacheska is a Psychotherapeutic Mentor, Somatic Therapy Practitioner, and Integrative Counselor working with individuals, couples, and senior leaders. Her practice rests on one conviction: at our core, we are each our own best medicine. The work is learning to recognize that medicine, and to use it for the rest of your life.

She is the creator of Whole-Self Integration™, a therapeutic framework for embodied healing, inner resonance, and liberated spirit. Her approach begins with the body, where what we carry beneath awareness shows up first, building the nervous system’s capacity so that what emerges can be metabolized, not managed.

Evacheska holds a degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Board Certified Practitioner with the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners. She is a certified Trauma-Trained Somatic Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Master, Mindfulness and Meditation facilitator, and formally trained entheogenic and psychedelic facilitator, and has been initiated into the indigenous Shipibo-Konibo tradition of curanderismo.

In session, she draws on Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Archetypal Parts Work, and Nonviolent Communication, alongside energetic and psycho-spiritual practices including Reiki, intuitive channeling, and work with sound and rhythmic frequencies.

Before this work, Evacheska spent a decade as a corporate executive, most recently as VP of Strategy and Marketing at a $750M company. She continues to advise senior leaders through a Private Executive Mentorship, where the same principles apply: regulation before strategy, capacity before change.
